Privacy policy

What data I process and why

  1. Contact and proposal form: name, email or WhatsApp, brand or website, service, budget and message. I use them to reply and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
  2. Free kit and emails: email, name and website. I use them to send you the kit and, if you accept, occasional emails about AI applied to content and e-commerce. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a).
  3. Payments: processed by Stripe; I never see or store your card details.
  4. Call booking: handled by Cal.com, which processes your name, email and chosen time.
  5. WhatsApp: if you write to me on WhatsApp, the conversation stays in that app (Meta).
  6. Analytics: I use my own analytics, hosted on Netlify, which uses no cookies and does not store your IP: it records the page visited, the referring site, the country, the device type and button clicks, in aggregate. To count unique visitors it uses a code that changes every day, so no one can be followed across days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site work (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

How long

Contact data is kept for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 24 months afterwards; billing data, for as long as the law requires.

Who it is shared with

No one, for commercial purposes. Providers that process it on my behalf: Netlify (hosting, forms and in-house analytics), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (bookings) and Loom (diagnosis delivery videos), [TODO NICOLÁS: proveedor de email]. Some may be outside the EU; in that case they use standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to nicolasminahk@gmail.com. If you believe they were not respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. If tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel are enabled in the future, you will first see a notice to accept or reject them.
